BrauKon eKon is more than just an energy supply for the brewhouse. It is a modular, future-proof and customizable complete energy system for your brewery – without compromising on processes and beer quality!

Thanks to the modular principle, the size and use of the energy storage tanks can be adapted to the specific needs of the brewery. While the classic energy storage system in multi-vessel brewhouses only acts as an energy swing between the vapor condenser and the lauter wort heater, the extended eKon energy storage system can also make the thermal energy from wort boiling available to other processes such as the CIP system or the bottle washer.

A low-temperature energy storage tank, which serves as a heat source for the high-temperature heat pump, can also be used to supply the building heating system. The high-temperature energy storage tank, which is charged by the high-temperature heat pump, can supply not only the brewhouse with heating water at ideal supply temperatures, but also other consumers such as a pasteurizer.
