BrauBeviale 2023 in Nuremberg was another exciting event for us, with an exciting three days behind us. Our exhibition stand was not only a place of innovation, but above all a place to meet and exchange ideas. We take a look at the highlights of the trade fair and would like to take this opportunity to thank all visitors.

Innovative technologies in the spotlight:

Our latest innovations were presented to trade visitors at our trade fair stand. From automated control systems to sustainable brewery systems – the variety of our solutions reflected the dynamism, high quality and innovative strength – Made in Germany – of BrauKon – what we build remains – according to our motto “Made to Last”!

The highlight of this year’s trade fair stand was a fully automatic 20 hl brewhouse from Löwenherz in Wehrheim, which is the first brewery in the world to be equipped with our future-proof eKon energy system. Thanks to eKon, brewery operation without oil and gas is finally possible.

The modular, retrofittable eKon system supplies the entire brewery’s energy balance on the basis of multi-stage energy storage tanks in combination with extensive energy recovery and the use of an efficient maximum temperature heat pump.

We were also able to present our automatically cleanable “VertiKon” conditioning system in combination with the BrauMill 600 4-roller grist mill with an output of 2,400 kg/h for ideal lauter tun grist.

In addition to the tried-and-tested BrauKon BrauControl, the public were also able to marvel at our server-based BrauControl Pro process control system at our stand.

Interactive presentations and discussions:

The lively atmosphere at the stand was not least due to the great interest in the topic of energy and the subsequent questions. The opportunity to engage in personal dialogue was an enrichment for us.
