Restructuring of BrauKon & Banke process solutions (BPS)

In the future, the two companies BrauKon and BPS will strengthen their position as full-range suppliers for brewery plants and modernization projects.

As part of the reorganization, the structures of the companies, which were closely linked in the past, will be disentangled so that BrauKon can focus more intensively on its strengths as a full-range supplier to breweries. This restructuring secures the independence of both companies and increases the depth of added value at BrauKon.

The proven technologies will thus continue to be available through the established sales channels. BrauKon’s core competencies continue to include the planning, design and manufacture of complete breweries as well as partial plants.

At the same time, as a competence center for special plant engineering and modernization, BPS offers individual process solutions and optimization. As an established specialist in hop technologies, BPS intends to focus in particular on large-scale plants.

Effective August 7, Friedrich Banke is leaving BrauKon as shareholder and head of development by mutual agreement and at his own request. The departure has simplified structures for both companies and paved the way for a mutually successful future.
