The BrauKon eKon energy concept supplies the energy budget of your entire brewery on the basis of multi-level energy storage tanks in combination with extensive energy recovery and the use of a maximum temperature heat pump. This solution was not developed on paper and in theoretical simulations. Rather, eKon consists of a combination of individual technology modules that have already been successfully implemented in various projects at BrauKon and support numerous brewers worldwide in their practical work.
