Freistädter

Fresh - Free - Freistädter

Europe-wide the Braucommune in Freistadt is the only company whose legal form is a commune. With modern structure.

It is not easy for breweries to decide on who should build their new brewhouse. However the decision of Freistädter was made quickly. In 2010 BrauKon received an order for a new brewhouse. Freistädter was convinced by the fact that BrauKon is taking care of the production as well as of the product. The cooperation between Freistädter and BrauKon brings together two powerful partners that are the perfect match.

Little Atlantique Brewery

La petite brasserie du Grand Ouest

Little Atlantique Brewery was founded in 2016 in Nantes by Jerome Pallier and Gregory Smith.

The brewery is based in a spectacular 19th century building which was an ancient naval yard by the banks of the Loire river. A tap house is also on site which allows consumers to taste the differents Brews like SPERED our Pale Ale or EXOCET our IPA.

Colonial Brewing Company

Brewed small. Lived big.

Colonial Brewing Co started out in Margaret River in 2004 as a small brewpub and has expanded to become one of Australia’s largest independent brewers. They focus on high quality, consistent and easy drinking beer but experiment with all kinds of unique project & barrel aged beers as well.

In 2015 Colonial Brewing took over a vacated mid-sized brewery & bar on Australia’s East in Port Melbourne to help them meet the growing demand for their hop focussed ales. This brewery also reached its production capacity quickly, provoking a major expansion with the help of BrauKon.

Neuzelle Monastery Brewery

Untreated raw materials and fine craftsmanship

The Neuzelle Monastery Brewery is one of the oldest and largest family-owned breweries in East Germany. The specialty manufactory is worldwide recognized for its exclusive quality beers.

Thanks to the traditional art of brewing passed on from the monks, combined with Neuzeller creativity and passion, every single beer becomes something very special. Hence, you can bathe in Neuzeller Badebier (bathing beer) or be convinced of the revitalizing taste of anti-aging beer.

Untreated raw materials and fine craftsmanship are the foundation for monastery brewery’s production. In the open fermenting vats, the beer has 7 to 10 days to ferment. During this process, the most important values are continuously monitored and recorded on slates with chalk. Only when the master brewer agrees with the result, the beer does find its way into the storage tank, where it then matures undisturbed for up to 6 weeks.

The Neuzelle Monastery Brewery is one of Germany’s most innovative breweries today. More than 40 beers are developed and every year more innovative flavor combinations are added, which are exported internationally. Nevertheless, the age-old recipes and experience are highly valued and maintained. Hence modernity and tradition are joined in a happy marriage. Each Neuzeller beer is thus an original that stands out from the mass of assembly-line beers.

Herzog­liches Brauhaus Tegernsee

From wise monks to kings with brewing expertise

The history of the Herzogliches Brauhaus Tegernsee goes back to days of the Benedictine monks.

The Benedictine monastery of Tegernsee, which was founded in the year 746, provides the first indications of monasterial brewing.The date of the official birth of Tegernsee Bräustüberl was in 1675. On a marble plaque on the wall in Bräustüberl, which is there to this day, you can read in old German text: “The monastery brewery of Tegernsee obtained electoral license for the sale of beer on 22 Feb 1675.”

Staudenbräu is a family-owned brewery with close ties to its home region, and brewing beer is not a profession for them, but a vocation – since 1846. For them, hops and malt belong together like people and home.

À l'abri de la Tempete

Microbrasserie

À l’abri de la Tempête dropped anchor in a former crab processing plant overlooking the West Dune in the Magdalen Islands and began making island brewing history in 2004.

The microbrewery takes pride in sourcing its beers and menu from the distinctive terroir of the Archipelago. Bringing together the many actors and craftsmen in the Islands to create brand new tastes is at the heart of their company spirit. It has resulted in a strong brewing uniqueness, evidenced by the distinct personality of the singular, distinguished beers produced here.

Using local resources is part of the pledge of authenticity and freshness that has turned À l’abri de la tempête into the flagship company it is today, creating quality jobs both annual and seasonal.

Westerwald-Brauerei

Hachenburger Beer

The independent, private, family-owned brewery in Hachenburg, Germany is one of the oldest Pils-Brewery in Germany. Founded in 1861 by Heinrich Schneider the brewery is family-owned in the 5th generation. Jens Geimer is general manager and co-owner. About 90 dynamic and excellently trained employees ensure the customer-oriented implementation of the company’s goals.

For 150 years theyhave been brewing their unique quality beer, which truly deserves to be called a “speciality.” The use of 100% aroma-hops and extraordinarily soft brewing liquor, as well as an ageing process of six weeks are very important for the unique taste of Hachenburger. The fifth generation continues to work based on the knowledge, that these small but nice differences are necessary to brew beer specialities. Exactly like this they will pursue their mission for the next 150 years: “Preserving what is good and keeping an open mind for innovation.”

Brasserie Artisanale Ratz

Unpasteurized natural beer

Christophe RATZ – brewer engineer from INSA Toulouse and former rugbyman, founded the Ratz Craft Brewery in 2001 in the Lot department (46) in Cahors. He has acquired much of his professional experience in craft breweries in Belgium and England.

His creativity and passion have enabled him to revive craft beer in his region.
Christophe RATZ has combined the best of his know-how and the respect of this terroir to brew this beer, infusion of pure malt and aromatic hops.

RATZ beer is an unpasteurized natural beer. This unique recipe by the selection of yeasts allows it to evolve in harmony of flavors, over time…
Come and discover their traditional and authentic know-how during a visit to their brewery by a member of the staff: visualization of the production area and explanation of the manufacturing process of their beer.

Sixpoint Brewing Company

Beer is Culture

Sixpoint was created in an 800-square-foot garage in Brooklyn, New York City, in 2004 by award-winning homebrewer-turned-professional Shane Welch. In 2018 Shane passed the torch to Brewmaster Eric Bachli, a former research scientist whose formative craft beer experiences were shaped by Sixpoint beers such as Resin IIPA. Sixpoint is now partnered with Victory and Southern Tier Brewing to combine the experience of the breweries and unite these legendary brewmasters under one roof.

The Brewery’s name and symbols come from an amalgamation of the Nautical Star and the German Brauerstern (Brewer’s Star), which was a medieval mark of quality for German brewers. Sixpoint’s motto is “Beer is Culture,” to highlight the human trajectory—the earliest human civilizations were founded upon the cultivation of cereal grains for making beer.

The Mad Scientists at Sixpoint seek to honor the heritage and craft of brewing by designing unique formulas to perpetually inspire the creativity, collaboration, and culture that is generated by beer.

Brouwerij Haacht

Haacht Brewery is an independent, Belgian family-owned brewery which employs about 400 people. Apart from its pislner, Primus, the brewery also produces several specialty, abbey, fruit, wheat, amber and table beers. Its most famous brands are Charles Quint, Tongerlo, Ommegang, SUPER 8 and Mystic.

Each year, all Haacht Brewery beverages, including a range of home-bottled VAL waters and soft drinks, FUERTO coffee and several French and world wines, represent an annual sales of over one million hectolitres.

Haacht Brewery also takes care of the exclusive bottling of Pepsi for the Belgian hospitality industry channel. Its main activity is a complete servicing of more than 6.000 hospitality industry businesses. for both the Belgian and export market. Consumers can also find its products at the main beverage dealers and in supermarkets.

Haacht Brewery operates under the names Brasserie du Coq Hardi (in France), Bierbrouwerij De Leeuw (in the Netherlands) and Microbrasserie de l’Île d’Orléans (in Québec, Canada).
