Visit of Real Ale Brewing
From Texas to Seeon
We are happy to welcome Real Ale Brewing from Texas, USA at our new headquarters in Seeon this week.
The team around Brent Sapstead (Head Brewer) and Tim Schwartz (Principal Brewer COO) came abroad to take part in the training, that BrauKon offers for our customers, at the BrauKon Technikum in Seeon.
The crew from Texas will be trained in the matter of technic, technology and automation to get the most out of receiving a BrauKon brewing plant.
At first our automation system will correctly be explained in theory. After that they will put it into practice by brewing at our BrauKon Technikum brewery in Seeon.
The program will cover technical discussion with Dominik Wiedenbauer (Project Manager), as well as an installation meeting.
Current order situation
Brent and Tim with their team also came to check the current order situation of their two ordered brewhouses in our BrauKon production hall.
Completely piped and electrically wired
One 4-vessel brewhouse with an outcast of 120 bbl and one 2-vessel brewhouse with 10 hl are currently in the final stage of assembly.
Real Ale Brewing celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2016. They have grown from a small family operation making beer to a brewery making some of the highest quality craft beers in the US. Their beer Real Heavy won the gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival (GABF)® in the Scotch Ale category. Congratulations!
