Brew House
We strive to find the best possible solution for you. We manufacture our brew houses in our proven frame construction or alternatively with an individual on-site installation of the vessels. Our frame constructions are built with a focus on detail and quality and manufactured in our own production hall in Seeon. This way you get the optimal brew house for your needs – tailor-made, fitted and with ideal maintenance access. We deliver our brew houses ready for operation, piped, electrically wired and – as far as the size allows – mounted on stainless steel frames.
Fermentation and storage cellar
We supply customized concepts for the fermentation and storage of your beers. Together, we select the ideal level of automation for your plant and find the best balance between initial costs, flexibility and product safety. Individual tank design and highest quality standards guarantee best beer quality and flexible installation.
Filtration & Processing
Depending on your beer styles and volumes, we select the ideal filtration concept for your brewery. We use modern technology to ensure best beer quality. From classic kieselguhr filtration, modern membrane filtration to the integration of the right centrifuges – BrauKon finds the best concept for every application, which we supplement with our CIP systems, carbonation equipment or flash pasteurizers if required.
Filling & Packaging
We take care of your individually tailored filling system for bottles, cans and everything else as well as the labeling and packaging process for any beverage. We combine the right individual machines to create an ideal line concept.
Media supply
We take care of the planning and design of your complete media supply sytem, including steam boiler, refrigeration system, air compressor and power supply. We pay attention to modular expandability, simple system maintenance and adaptation to local conditions and country regulations.
