BrauKon VertiKon

The VertiKon makes malt conditioning extremely easy. The vertical design enables effective conditioning of the malt in a small space. Made entirely of stainless steel and glass, the VertiKon has no moving parts. As a result, the system is fully CIP-able and requires neither manual cleaning nor maintenance of bearings.

Conditioning rethought

The VertiKon enables safe and controlled conditioning of the malt by means of downdraft humidification. The more elastic husks allow better grinding of the endosperm while remaining intact. The result is a significant reduction in lautering time with a simultaneous gain in extract of up to two percent, and best wort quality due to fewer tannins.

The vertical design of the VertiKon combines all the advantages of malt conditioning with full CIP-ability.
