Flash pasteurizers
Giving your beer a longer shelf life
Beer flash pasteurization involves it being heated for a short time and then cooled back down again to its filling temperature using an energy-saving counterflow principle. As a result, any micro-organisms present are reliably inactivated and your beer’s biological shelf life is ensured.
Gentle process technology
Our semi-automatic and fully automatic flash pasteurizers operate in the lowest temperature range possible, thus making them extremely gentle on the product. This helps preserve the nutritional value, taste and consistency of your beer. BrauKon flash pasteurizers generate a positive pressure gradient using a suitable booster pump. Consequently, no untreated product is able to leave the system should a plate leakage occur.
Fully automatic control
The equipment is cleaned fully automatically using a CIP system. The fully automatic PU controller with pasteurization units is freely selectable for the operator. The temperature is automatically adjusted to suit the flow and the PU specifications. The production sequence is recorded with all of the relevant data in the curve chart. Communication with the fill level of the buffer tank allows the flow to be automatically adjusted to ± 20 % of the set output. Each system is customized to suit your reuqirements.
The nutritional value, taste and consistency remain preserved.
