BrauKon teams up with KABREW

Korean craft beer pioneer KABREW continues to revolutionize Korea’s beer industry and plans to build its third brewery together with BrauKon.

While a small number of big breweries dominated the the Korean market in the past, the country is now seeing an increase in craft beer breweries due to a change in legislation and an increased demand.

For KABREW’s latest project, BrauKon will develop and build the 5-vessel-brewery (50hl) including a malting system, fermentation and storage cellar as well as a fully automated control system BrauControl Pro. BrauKon will also provide an individually developed yeast management system to help KABREW produce excellent beers.

Our sales team took KABREW on a virtual “Live Tour” through the BrauKon brewery here in Seeon. Next to the technical and technological aspects, the design of the brewery was also a convincing aspect for the Korean client.
