20hl BrauKon brewhouse for Omnipollo
Beer meets pop culture. When Swedish brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin founded their beer brand Omnipollo in 2010, they wanted to do more than just brew good beer.
The idea was to combine their skills and create a unique and outstanding work of art not only in packaging but in taste too.
They started brewing their beers as Collaborations Brews together with breweries from all over the world. A few years later, they Swedes are about to build their own brewery in a converted church in Stockholm together with brewing equipment manufacturer BrauKon.
The unique BrauKon brewing equipment makes it possible for the Swedish team to brew extraordinary specialty beers. Ranging from a classic IPA over to a fruity Blackberry Maple Pancake Lassi Gose, the 20hl BrauKon brewhouse allows for plenty of creativity while guaranteeing consistent quality. Omnipollo also offers beers containing very high fruit contents, unusual ingredients or original worts up to 32°P that can easily be brewed on the new system.
